Perched at the top of the Headsburg Vinyards, they use locally sourced grains to create their artisanal, small batch whiskey. Made of three different bourbons from three different states: Indiana, Tennessee, and California. This young bourbon is light and fruity. Candied citrus and banana fosters come through along with cloves, spices and vanilla.
